For their legendary owners, these drum sets were like expandable armories, capable of delivering any rhythms required by the songs.

Gene Krupa

Gene Krupa is the pioneer of the kick drum and double-sided toms. He inspired an entire generation and worked closely with cymbal maker Armand Zildjian. He set the standard for the drumming to come several decades later.

Ringo Starr
